Strategy
Tideborne Realms
★★★★☆ 4.4
Tideborne Realms hands you a scatter of islands and asks you to turn them into a working economy. You lay roads, route ships and juggle resources against seasonal storms that can wreck a careless harbor. It's the kind of strategy game that clicks after your first failed run.
Everything is offline, including the tutorial and the long campaign, which is rarer than it should be for the genre. The interface is a little cramped on smaller phones, but the underlying systems are solid and satisfying to optimize.
I sank a whole rainy weekend into one save file. If you like planning three turns ahead and watching a plan pay off, this earns its spot.
What we liked
- Meaty offline campaign
- Weather that forces real decisions
- Great for slow, thoughtful sessions
